Purchased a used vehicle from them a few months ago. I was told that it needed new brakes and rotors, it wouldn't pass inspection and they recommended I have them do the $$$ job. I took to my local dealer where they said brakes and rotors were 7 or 9 out of 10s and no new brakes or rotors were needed. While they did give me a good deal on the car, I do not appreciate them trying to sell me service that is not needed.
Absolutely horrible service experience for my Audi A4 by an incompetent mechanic. This place sucks. Take your Audi elsewhere.
