The girl that worked the front desk had no idea what she was doing. Not sure if someone had their high school daughter work the desk but she basically gave me a bunch of papers to sign NOT explaining ANYTHING. So to my surprise there was a $9.80 fuel surcharge which she did not mention. Also I asked if we should inspect the car for damages similar to what Hertz does and she had no idea what I was talking about. I guess I should just blame myself for not sticking with Hertz as I usually use their service but they didn't have any cars available. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE BUDGET!!!!!
