I've always loved this Marshalls, until today. I received attitude from the cashier while making a return, then the manager came over and was making an issue about a pull in the dress I was returning. Mind you I bought the wrong size on accident and never even put the dress on, so the pull must have been there before I even purchased it. The whole situation made me feel very uncomfortable and I don't think I will be returning to this store.
The lines are always sooooo long!!! The cashier gave me attitude for asking a question.
The selection is good and they always have great deals.
TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. There was a massive line while most the employees are standing around doing nothing. Needs better selection and better employees.
All Marshall locations are a bit hit or miss deal wise. But this one seems to be mostly miss.
