Matt Mittman is the Realtor of Realtors. He has truly honed his craft. Matt helped my wife and I purchase our first home this month. Jen Griffith-Munson was our buyer's agent, and she was excellent! As first time home buyers, we were unfamiliar of the home buying process. Jen guided us through the whole process. Additionally, Jen was extremely responsive. She always answered text messages and calls within the hour. Jen went out of her way to show us homes in Philly. When we were looking at homes, Jen made sure to point out each ones problem areas, such as rotting beams and uneven floors. She never tried to dupe us into buying a home. When we decided to make an offer, she learned about the area and gave us comparisons. After we made an offer, Jen communicated with all of the parties involved (seller’s agent, title company, mortgage company, inspector, appraiser, etc.) to make sure the sale went smoothly. This was our second time buying a house with the help of Matt Mittman, and our first time selling a house with him. We are still shocked at how smoothly both processes went.
